Terms of Service
Please read before commissioning me! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ.ᐟ
General
── .✦ Illustration comes with and without a watermark.── .✦ Watermarked version must be used for posting online.── .✦ I, the artist, hold the right to upload the watermarked version to my social media/portfolio── .✦ Commissions for commercial use will have different terms. Fees and contract will be negotiated accordingly.── .✦ I have the right to reject a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.── .✦I do not allow any of my art to be used for NFTs or AI training
Payments & Revisions
── .✦ Mode of Payment is Paypal and Wise for international clients. Bank and Gcash for Local.── .✦ As soon as the first draft is sent, you will have to pay. No payment, no progress.── .✦ Your payment is solely for time and labor. Commissioned artworks to be used for monetary profit, or commercial gain will be negotiated and priced differently. Please contact me for more inquiries.── .✦ There will be no charge for revisions if project is still in its early stages [Draft/ Line-art/ Base Color].── .✦ You will only be allowed to have 3 Revision Slots if you choose to have revisions after the artwork is finished.Beyond that will have additional $15.00 in payment.
How to Commission Me

── .✦ As soon as you answer the form, you will receive an acceptance e-mail from me
Deadlines & Deliveries
── .✦ I will be updating you in every progress of the commission:
Drafts -> Line art -> Base Colors/Values -> Finished Product.── .✦ Waiting time is around 1-3 weeks since the first draft. Unless there are emergencies that will hinder my 1-week work time.── .✦ There will be a $20.00 "Expedite Fee" for rushed artworks.
Use & Refund
── .✦ For personal use:
Client is allowed to posting in social media, printing the artwork for themselves, as long as you give credit to the artist (me) and no monetary profit is earned from the artwork.── .✦ For commercial use:
Client have full rights to sell, reproduce, use in streams, etc but I do ask to be given credit for the work.The client is NOT allowed to reproduce, modify, or use the artwork in any way other than personal. This includes NFTs, prints, stickers, merchandise, etc. Breaking any of these points will result in copyright infringement and you will be banned from commissioning me again── .✦ A refund cannot be requested after I start the commission.── .✦ I will refund you 100% or offer an alternative (such as another type of artwork, character or design)── .✦ Claiming dissatisfaction with the finished piece does not warrant a refund, as the client has several instances throughout the process to voice their concerns. Doing this will also result in being blacklisted.
Communication
── .✦ will share updates via e-mail or discord, w/c ever the client prefers.── .✦ Depending on the load and commission, average wait time is around 2 - 3 months. As I work on 1 commission piece around 1-2 weeks.── .✦ Final product will be delivered via e-mail.
